How to protect ourselves from contagious diseases  Very important information on how the gut microbiome protects us from or makes us susceptible to viral contagions.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman I have ventured off down a few rabbit trails when it comes to nutrition, but this guy is always a foundation I come back to. There's no question that a high nutrient, predominantly whole plant food  diet can cure a lot of health problems.

Karen Hurd, nutrition biochemist Nutritional guidelines for healing everything. Karen has really helped us understand how the body works from a biochemical point of view and the role that healing adrenal stress and eating soluble fiber plays in normalizing hormone function, gut microbiome and reversing the effects of chronic stress. This approach is a very important part of healing from the physiological effects of trauma, without question.

"The Energy Blueprint," Ari Whitten

Important information on the role of mitochondrial health in illness and healing. Adds an important dimension to Karen Hurd and Dr. Fuhrman's approaches.

Dr. Furhman, Karen Hurd and Ari Whitten are the three most relevant, up-to-date resources on nutrition that I've studied thus far. Nutrition is a tricky subject. In my experience, these resources cut through the bias, globalist politics and pseudo-science to the most usable info.

Chris Wark, Chris Beat Cancer is a great resource for those on a cancer healing journey. Highly recommended!
